Information for Poster Presenters

Poster Boards

Poster Boards are 1m wide by 1.5 high. Posters may be attached with double-sided tape ONLY. A supply of this will be available on site.

The organisers have now secured poster space for all abstracts which were accepted for poster presentation, even if after the deadline.

Poster Session Times

The times of poster sessions are also available on the Programme page.

Please note: Poster numbers are NOT the same as abstract Submission Numbers. Poster numbers will be listed in the abstract booklet available at the meeting. To find your poster number check in the Poster Numbers list.

On each day of the meeting, the periods from 13.00 to 15.00 and from 17.00 to 18.30 have been specifically devoted to viewing and discussion of posters. Please note that there are different sessions for odd and even numbered posters.

Monday April 15 
13.00 – 15.00 Even numbered posters 
17.00 – 18.30 Odd numbered posters

Tuesday April 16 
13.00 – 15.00 Odd numbered posters
17.00 – 18.30 Even numbered posters

Wednesday April 17 
13.00 – 15.00 Odd and Even numbered posters

If posters have to be left unattended at any time during these periods, authors are requested to leave a note on their posters indicating when they will return and be available for discussion, or where they can be contacted. All posters will be on display continuously throughout the meeting.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL POSTERS MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE POSTER BOARDS BY 18.00 ON 17TH APRIL. AFTER THIS TIME POSTERS WILL BE TAKEN DOWN BY THE ORGANISERS AND NO RESPONSIBILITY WILL BE TAKEN FOR ANY DAMAGE OR LOSS.

Workshop Poster Abstract Submissions

Submissions now closed. Due to over-subscription we can no longer accept late abstracts. Sorry.
