POSTER NO: 313 HLA associating peculiarities of AOS and POL activity of the indigenous inhabitants of the Zerafshan valley of Uzbekistan
1Nazira Khaitova, 2Eleonora Tashkenbaeva, 3Gavhar Dushanova The purpose of the present investigation has been the study of peculiarities of the functionality of systems of the antioxidant protection of the people living in the Zerafshan valley of Uzbekistan and their connection with the level of immunoreactivity of an organism associated with the genes of the HLA complex. 86 individuals have been exposed to the determination of the quantitative parameters such as T-limphocytes and their subpopulations SD-4+, SD-8+, SD-16+, the phagocyte activity of neutraphyles, the level of the spontaneous migration of leucocytes of the peripheral blood, the index of migration and the one of the oppression of the migration of leucocytes in RTML in the reaction on Con A, also the content of serum immuneglobulines like A, M, and G. The intensity of the peroxidization process of lipids has been determined in terms of indicators of malone dialdegid (MDA), the antioxidant system in terms of indicators of the superoxide- dismutase, catalase, and glutathioproductase. We have performed the typification of the HLA complex with the help of the standard two-stepwise microlimphotoxic test making use of a rabbit component. The results of our investigations have shown that, more frequently, the following antigens: A2, B7, B13, DR1, DR7, DR9 are to be found in the inhabitants of the Zerafshan valley of Uzbekistan. We have determined the statistical significance for these antigens. Under the presence of these antigens in the HLA phenotype of individuals, we have noticed heightened indicators of the peroxidization of lipids and tension of the antioxidant system of the inhabitants living in the Zerafshan valley of Uzbekistan. It is necessary to note that under the analysis of the existence of the connection between the level of indicators of the immune gomeostar with the studied characteristics of the antioxidant system and the peroxidization of lipids, we have detected the low correlative connection between the indicators of MDA, SOD with the index of migration oppression of leucocytes in RIML in response to Con A r=0.27(p<0.02), r=0.20 (p<0.02), respectively, also a high indicator of MDA gives an inverse dependence on IgM r=-0.33(p<0.02). Thus, peculiarities of interaction of the immune and antioxidant systems under conditions of tension produced for them under the influence of extremal climate factors of the arid zone may serve as an indicator of the level of adaptation capabilities of an organism. |
